| Evaluation and on-going improvement is an important part of what we do at Accela. We evaluate the training as it happens, which acts as a training approach in itself, ‘teaching’ managers within the organisation how to measure the business results achieved from the training. |

| Furthermore, we continue to evaluate the business results after the training has been completed, feeding back information to managers, and subsequently to sales teams. We analyse procedures and sales performance, and look at further actions, such as changes in performance policies, managerial behaviour, development planning, and so on, which will improve business results even further. |
