Our Approach

Methodology
A 100 point Question and Answer report that reviews each step of the sales process and forms the basis of a one hour interactive debrief session. This leads into a workshop with the client’s key people. The outcomes are worked through with Accela’s Learning Design Committee and the resulting strategy is presented with a road map and implementation process for the next one to five years.
a. Diagnose and Assess
Some clients will need detailed studies and support systems to achieve faster, easier results. Other clients may need rapid assessment and simple, low cost, low maintenance, on-going improvement programs. Either way, Accela can assist, when the time is right, to deploy the precise combination of practices designed to boost the impact of your chosen improvement program.
We begin our work with a rigorous analysis to understand and find these hidden treasures within your sales team. We then combine robust improvement techniques with cutting-edge, learning development methods to turn these potential opportunities into a high impact results based strategy.
b. Implement
Once the strategy has been developed, the job is just beginning. Turning them into full scale solutions that are fast and easy to implement is our challenge.
The same message and approach that may inspire one learner may be overt and inappropriate to another. Accela is geared to identify and manage these differences.
