Alison Wiltshire » Research and Project Management

Alison has designed and managed complex projects for both the public and private sectors for the past eight years.

She has expertise in risk management, implementation and design of large-scale consultation programs, change management, communication strategy development and event coordination.

Alison has delivered technical and politically sensitive projects for the Australian and Queensland Governments. Most recently she was responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Energy Market Reform Program across the Australian Government and all States and Territories, with the aim of improving the governance and institutional arrangements of Australia's energy market.

Alison has been involved in the education and training of businesses in relation to energy efficiency and environmental management and brings to the team a strong understanding of the training needs of small businesses.

Alison is also extremely busy outside work, with a young family to look after. She does find time to relax, however, and enjoys reading and travelling, and likes to keep a keen eye on fashion and current affairs.
