| After spending time with Accela I could see how their training ideas could fit in with the long term plans for SCT Logistics. We were looking for something different; that’s a challenge in itself. I’m constantly bombarded with solicitations, but it was The Sales Activator that attracted my attention as it is a complete sales system. |

| We’ve used The Sales Activator several times and it’s worked brilliantly. What’s more, it enables salespeople to overcome some of their biggest fears. Salespeople are often thought of as uninhibited, but often in a culture such as ours, inhibitions can take over and individuals can retreat into their shells. |

| This is a very competitive industry and most of our team have been in their roles for years, it’s only natural that they lose confidence sometimes. As a result of the training, we have completely revised our outlook and sales culture, for example, we’ve changed the mix of the team by evening out the gender balance, which has created a great dynamic amongst the team and customers alike. |

| All this is a direct result of The Sales Activator. This highlighted the particular areas that we needed to develop from one end of the sales scale to the other. We’ve reviewed everything from telephone skills at the most basic level, to closing at high powered meetings. |

| Our aim was to encourage and support our team through this training, to give them independence and confidence. Since the training session with Accela, we’ve certainly noticed the changes – one of the major ones is that our salespeople don’t have to call in their superiors to close a sale; they now have the training and skills to do it on their own. |
